Community Integration Specialist
Help people get out, get involved, and build meaningful connections in their communities!
As a Community Integration Specialist, you’ll support the people we serve in building independence, discovering new opportunities, and becoming more connected to the world around them. Through small-group community experiences, volunteering, local events, recreational activities, gardening, and exploring new places, you’ll help individuals develop skills, build confidence, and pursue the things that matter to them.
You’ll be there to provide encouragement, support community safety, assist with personal care when needed, and help ensure each person has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and experience all their community has to offer.

Career Coach
Help people discover what’s possible and take the next step toward their career goals!
As a Career Coach, you’ll support individuals as they explore their interests, build workplace skills, discover career opportunities, and work toward meaningful employment and post-secondary goals. Much of your work will take place in the community, where you’ll help individuals gain real-world experience through activities such as job exploration, job try-outs, internships, workplace experiences, interview preparation, and skill development.
You’ll work alongside each individual to identify their strengths, interests, and goals while providing encouragement, problem-solving, and hands-on support throughout their employment journey. Whether someone is exploring what career path is right for them, preparing for employment, starting a new job, or working toward greater independence, you’ll help them build confidence and take meaningful steps forward.

Direct Support Professional
Help turn workplace goals into meaningful opportunities!
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work alongside the people we serve on mobile work crews at businesses throughout the community. You’ll provide hands-on support while helping individuals build workplace skills, confidence, independence, and the experience they need to grow in their employment journey.
You’ll also build positive relationships with community employers, help ensure workplace expectations are clear and accommodations are supported, and encourage individuals as they take on new responsibilities and work toward their goals. Every day is an opportunity to help someone recognize their strengths, develop new skills, and take another step toward greater independence and employment success.
Great for you if you enjoy: Hands-on support, working as part of a team, building relationships with businesses and individuals, and helping others develop skills and succeed in the workplace.
Activity Specialist
Bring energy, creativity, and connection to every day!
As an Activity Specialist, you’ll create meaningful opportunities for the people we serve to build confidence, discover new interests, develop skills, and strengthen their connections with others. In a center-based setting, you’ll help plan and lead a variety of activities, classes, recreational and educational programs, and social experiences that encourage participation and personal growth.
You’ll work alongside individuals to support their personal goals, encourage independence, and create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to be themselves. From trying something new to building friendships and celebrating accomplishments, you’ll help make each day meaningful and engaging.
